WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE / OCTOBER 20, 2026
A little clarity
about your information.
This notice covers the Shore B2C public website and its project inquiry form. Client applications and client service arrangements have their own agreed responsibilities and notices.
What you give us
If you send a brief, we collect your name, email address, business or project name, optional website address, selected services, business stage and the description you enter. We also record a reference, submission time and inquiry status. Please do not include passwords, private customer records or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use your brief to assess the request and discuss potential services with you. Sending it does not create an account, purchase a service, or subscribe you to marketing or SMS. Any service scope, price or support commitment is agreed separately.
Where it goes
Inquiry records are stored in the website's Cloudflare D1 database through Sites hosting. Hosting and infrastructure providers process requests to operate and protect the site, and may process technical logs under their own terms. Inquiry records are not displayed publicly or shared with other clients. When inquiry alerts are enabled, the brief is also emailed to Shore through Zoho Mail. That provider processes the message for delivery and mailbox storage. We do not sell inquiry details.
Storage and security
Access to the inquiry database is limited through the hosting account's access controls. We retain inquiries while assessing or discussing the work, and review closed inquiries for deletion after 12 months unless an ongoing relationship or legal obligation requires retention. Contact us if you would like your inquiry corrected or removed. No online service can promise absolute security.
Cookies and local preferences
This website stores your motion preference in your browser. Project form details remain in page memory until you leave or reload; they are sent to the server only when you submit. Infrastructure may use necessary security or authentication cookies. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics.
Preventing abuse
The form uses validation and rate limiting. A temporary one-way hash derived from the connection address and the current hour is used for limits; the form database does not store the raw connection address. Hosting providers may retain their own security logs.
Questions or requests
Email shoreb2c@gmail.com with your inquiry reference if available. Do not email passwords or identity documents. If identity checks are needed for a data request, we will agree a proportionate method first.
